Amazing. I love how all of the Constitutional Lawyers on the Republican side (none of them, that is a big joke) all want to change the Constitution or say they want to go back and live by it. Which is it, and do you even know the document of which you refer? There are basic laws in it providing for the AMERICAN PEOPLE and exactly what you as our Representative government can and can't do in our name. How about learning it and what it stands for beside the 2nd Amendment... and maybe we will all be on the same page with the SITTING TEA PARTY REPRESENTATIVE or at least the closest thing to what our FOUNDING FATHERS WERE: Let's welcome him folks, the Constitutional Lawyer everyone wants to point fingers at and hate. Barack HUSSEIN OBAMA!!!!

I woud say the man is probably in the same shock I would be in. Learning that a majority of the people in this nation have no idea what the most basic of laws they are living under like the bqck of their hands must be puzzling for an intelligent person. It is for me.
